The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially when they organized some gluten-free bread for my wife, who has dietary restrictions. Breakfast was a feast, with an extensive buffet that catered to every taste and preference, it was almost impossible to leave without overindulging.

We had a fantastic one-night stay! The dining room was stunning, with art deco vibes and exceptional traditional Czech cuisine. The service was impeccable, making us feel like we were in a different era. Our room was spacious with beautiful decor, though it was a bit different from the photos online, as I expected more vintage-style furniture. I would definitely choose this place again!

Every corner of the hotel exudes elegance, especially the breakfast buffet, which featured a fantastic variety of pastries served in an exquisite dining area. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk to the old town square, surrounded by charming restaurants and bars. However, the room I booked faced the street, so it was a bit noisy with the tram traffic. Also, I noticed some challenges in the room service. Though I enjoyed the meals, getting a simple order like a fork after hours took far too long. The staff could benefit from more training to meet the high expectations set by a five-star hotel. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but a few improvements could elevate the experience even more.
